Donate Your Piano

How does it work?

- Please contact us using the contact form or by email.

• - And please Include as much information about your piano as possible - for example:

  • Make/Brand of the piano

  • Serial number (usually visible when you open the lid (at the top) on an upright piano, or on the metal frame under the music desk/stand on a grand piano)

  • How you accuired the piano, and its history as far as you know

• - If possible, please send a video recording of the piano being played, with each key pressed one at a time from the lowest to the highest note, and with the keys clearly visible in the video.

  If the file is too large to send by email, you can send it via WhatsApp at 07367 207 175.

• - Add any other details you’d like us to know about your piano.

Then, After assessing your piano’s condition and quality, we’ll let you know the best options available

• Free Collection & Resale:
  We can collect your piano free of charge, restore it with care, and resell it at a very competitive price to someone who loves pianos but cannot afford a high price.

• Donation with Transport Cost Covered:
  If you are willing to cover the transport cost, we can collect your piano, lovingly restore it, and donate it to individuals or institutions in need of a piano.

• Not Suitable for Donation o Resale:
  If the piano cannot be restored to a suitable standard for future use, we will let you know. In that case, we encourage you to cherish your piano for the remainder of its life.
